WM-520/1050T INKJET WEB MODULE

The Vortex Systems WM-520/1050T Web Module is designed to be a host machine for additional applications, mainly high-speed ink jet systems.

The WM-520/1050T can be integrated into existing systems or used as a stand-alone unit, normally with an unwinder and rewinder or cutter and will act as the ‘Master’ unit.

The WM-520/1050T is servo driven with input and output nip rollers to maintain web tension but is also available as a loose web option (WM-520/1050L).

A choice of IR/NIR and UV drying solutions are available ad duplex printing is possible with the addition of a second web module unit.

Drive adjustment and synchronisation features assist with maintaining web tension. Automatic web alignment unit ensure accurate tracking of paper web through the machine.

The system pictured is a working prototype designed to host a high speed mono inkjet printer.

Any new systems can be manufactured to client application needs, will be designed with commercial aesthetics in mind and full UKCA machine safety compliance.
